Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of lung cancer called small cell lung cancer that has spread and is not getting better after standard treatments like chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
- You are generally able to take care of yourself and do light activities (like light housework or desk work).
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are good enough for this study (your doctor will check).
- You have not had major surgery or cancer treatments in the past 4 weeks (or 6 weeks for some drugs).
- You agree to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant.
