Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a new study drug (PF08634404) combined with standard chemotherapy for people whose non-small cell lung cancer has changed into a more aggressive form called small cell lung cancer. It hopes to improve outcomes by targeting the cancer in two ways.

Combination drug therapy for EGFR lung cancer that turned into small cell

This trial tests a new targeted drug (limertinib) plus chemotherapy (carboplatin and etoposide) for people whose EGFR-mutant lung cancer has changed into small cell lung cancer (SCLC) after prior targeted therapy. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.

Chemo-radiation with two immunotherapy drugs for limited-stage small cell lung cancer

This trial combines standard chemotherapy and radiation with two immunotherapy drugs (immune checkpoint inhibitors) to see if they work better together for people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer. It aims to improve outcomes without using strong immune-suppressing medicines.
