Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer and are planning to have breast cancer surgery (with or without chemotherapy before surgery).
  • You live in Nova Scotia and can take part in a program delivered online.
  • You have regular access to the internet and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) for email and videos.
  • You can read, speak, and understand English enough to follow the program and complete surveys.
  • You are able to safely do mild to moderate physical activity, like walking or light strength training.
