Who can take part

  • You are between 65 and 89 years old
  • You had hip fracture surgery (hip replacement or nail) in the last 15 days
  • You are medically stable enough to start rehabilitation
  • You are admitted to a rehabilitation ward
  • You do not have severe memory or behavior problems that would make following instructions hard
  • You can see well enough (with glasses if needed) to use a digital device
  • You do not have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or skin issues where sensors would be placed
