Who can take part

  • You are 65 years or older.
  • You have hip osteoarthritis (coxarthrosis) and are scheduled for a total hip replacement.
  • You live within 50 kilometers (about 31 miles) of Heidelberg, Germany.
  • You can walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet), with or without a cane or walker.
  • You have internet access (Wi-Fi) at home.
