Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has come back, spread, or cannot be removed, and standard treatments have stopped working or are not available.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like a CT scan).
  • You must be in generally good health, as measured by your ability to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have normal kidney, liver, and bone marrow function based on blood tests.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you or your partner can have children, you must use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
