Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer is advanced (has spread) and cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working or are not available for you.
  • A genetic test shows your tumor has a change in the NTRK gene or TRK protein (some groups require this, others give priority).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function are good enough based on recent lab tests.
  • You can swallow tablets (or take them crushed if needed).
