Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have locally advanced or metastatic solid cancer
- Your tumor has an NTRK fusion or a ROS1 fusion confirmed by testing (or you can provide an approved written test result)
- You can be in the trial based on your exact subtype: NTRK+ tumors, or ROS1+ non-small-cell lung cancer with the prior-treatment rules described
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot seen on scans (tumors previously treated by radiation can count only if they clearly worsened afterward)
- Your health status is good enough (ECOG performance status 0–1) and you have enough key blood/organ function based on lab tests
- If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test; all people who are fertile must use reliable birth control during the trial and for 90 days after the last dose
