Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your tumor has a specific genetic change called an NTRK gene fusion, and you have not been treated with a TRK inhibitor for more than 28 days.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment, or you cannot take standard treatments.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2) and have a life expectancy of more than 3 months.
- Your blood work shows adequate organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and clotting).
