TL118 for solid tumors with NTRK fusion

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called an NTRK gene fusion, and you have not been treated with a TRK inhibitor for more than 28 days.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment, or you cannot take standard treatments.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2) and have a life expectancy of more than 3 months.
  • Your blood work shows adequate organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and clotting).
