Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult without any major medical conditions.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 32, and weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
  • You have not taken certain medications, including over-the-counter drugs and herbal remedies, in the past 28 days.
  • You do not smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day and have not abused drugs or alcohol recently.
  • You have not received a COVID-19 vaccine in the last 14 days or before the study ends.
