Who can take part
- You must be 25 years old or older.
- You have had plantar fasciitis pain for at least 3 months that hasn't improved with simple treatments like rest, ice, or inserts.
- Your foot pain is at least a 4 on a 0–10 scale, with 10 being the worst pain.
- You are not planning to have surgery for your heel pain and are not a good candidate for surgery.
- You have not had a steroid injection in your heel in the past 3 months.
