This study tests a new way to deliver pain medicine through a small tube (catheter) placed under the skin near your back, so you can get long-lasting relief from cancer-related chest pain at home. It is for people with advanced lung cancer whose current pain treatments are not enough.

Who can take part
- You are an adult with advanced lung cancer and are receiving only palliative care (not trying to cure the cancer).
- You have had chest pain caused by your cancer for more than 1 month, such as from tumor spread to the chest wall or bones.
- Your current pain medicines are not enough to control the pain, or your doctor recommends adding a nerve block.
- You are able to have a small tube (catheter) placed under the skin near your spine to deliver pain medicine, and you can manage this at home with help from a caregiver.
- You do not have severe liver, kidney, or heart problems, serious infection, bleeding risk, or allergy to the numbing medicine used.
