  • You have a prescription for zuranolone from Accredo Specialty Pharmacy.
  • You gave birth or had a pregnancy in the last 12 months.
  • You have been diagnosed with postpartum depression.
  • You can fill out questionnaires in English by yourself.
  • You haven't taken zuranolone or brexanolone in the past 12 months.
