Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 20 and 45 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 20 and 25 (normal weight range).
  • You have mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis confirmed by X-ray (Kellgren-Lawrence grade II or III).
  • You have knee pain and trouble with daily activities because of it.
  • You have not had knee, hip, or ankle surgery in the last 6 months, and no major knee injuries.
  • You are not pregnant or planning pregnancy during the study.
