- You are a parent or guardian 18 or older.
- Your child is between 3 and 5 years old (36 to 71 months) and generally healthy.
- Your child eats less fiber than recommended (about 10.4 grams per day for ages 3-4, or 12.6 grams per day for ages 4-5).
- Your child does not have any serious health conditions (like bowel disease, celiac disease, or developmental disorders).
- Your child has not taken probiotics, prebiotics, or antibiotics in the last 4 weeks.
- Your child has no food allergies or intolerances.
