Who can take part

  • You are 16 years or older.
  • You are either unsure of your CF diagnosis, have confirmed CF, or do not have CF.
  • You are willing to have a small tissue sample taken from your rectum (rectal biopsy).
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder or take blood thinners that increase bleeding risk.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are not currently taking a CFTR modulator medication or in a drug trial that affects CFTR function.
