  • You are 16 years or older
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis
  • You can cough up sputum (phlegm from your lungs)
  • Your lung function is at least 30% of predicted (based on your age, height, and sex)
  • You have not had an organ transplant
  • You have not had cancer or cancer treatment in the past year
