Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and is approved to be treated with a PD-1 or PD-L1 drug.
  • Your cancer got worse while you were on a PD-1 or PD-L1 immunotherapy.
  • You are willing to have a tumor biopsy or already have stored tumor tissue.
  • You are in fairly good general health (able to do daily activities, even if you need some rest).
  • You have not had certain other cancers, untreated brain metastases, active infections, or used steroids long-term.
