Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and is approved to be treated with a PD-1 or PD-L1 drug.
- Your cancer got worse while you were on a PD-1 or PD-L1 immunotherapy.
- You are willing to have a tumor biopsy or already have stored tumor tissue.
- You are in fairly good general health (able to do daily activities, even if you need some rest).
- You have not had certain other cancers, untreated brain metastases, active infections, or used steroids long-term.
