Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has progressed after standard treatment, or you cannot tolerate standard treatment.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself and out of bed more than 50% of waking hours).
  • Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function must meet certain minimum levels.
  • You cannot have active infections like HIV, tuberculosis, or untreated hepatitis B or C.
