Who can take part
- You must have advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation.
- Your cancer must have one of these genetic changes: EGFR mutation, or ALK, ROS1, RET, or NTRK fusion.
- You need to have tried at least one targeted therapy pill for your specific mutation, and possibly chemotherapy, depending on the study group.
- You must be willing to have a biopsy before and during the study (sometimes old samples can be used).
- Your overall health should be good (ECOG 0 or 1) and you must be at least 18 years old.
- You cannot have had immunotherapy or certain other treatments in the past.
