- You must be 40 years or older when starting the triple inhaler.
- You have severe or very severe COPD diagnosed before starting the inhaler.
- Your COPD symptoms (CAT score) were at least 10 when starting the inhaler or within the year before.
- You have had at least 1 COPD flare-up (exacerbation) in the last 12 months before joining.
