- You have severe or very severe COPD based on lung function tests (FEV1 less than 50% of normal)
- You have had at least 2 moderate flare-ups or 1 severe flare-up in the past year
- Your symptoms make basic activities hard (like walking or dressing)
- You do not have severe lung scarring or pulmonary hypertension needing triple therapy
- You do not have active cancer that requires chemotherapy, radiation, or other systemic treatment
