Who can take part
- You are between 8 and 13 years old
- You have mild to moderate nearsightedness (between -0.50 and -5.00 diopters) with no more than moderate astigmatism
- Your eyes are healthy and your vision can be corrected to normal with glasses
- You have not used myopia control treatments (like atropine eye drops or special contact lenses) in the past 3 months
- You have not taken any supplements containing DHA, EPA, lutein, or astaxanthin in the past 3 months
