Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Anti-Synthetase Syndrome (an autoimmune disease that affects the lungs and muscles).
- You have a type of lung scarring called interstitial lung disease (ILD) confirmed by a special CT scan.
- Your lung disease is active enough that you need to start or increase immune-suppressing therapy, but you have never taken steroids, immune-suppressants, or biologics for it before.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, free of severe infections, cancer, or major organ failure, and have no known allergies to the study drugs.
