SHR-1701 with targeted radiation for advanced prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • You have already tried at least one newer hormone therapy (like abiraterone or enzalutamide) and it stopped working.
  • You have either already had chemotherapy with docetaxel, or you cannot take it or choose not to.
  • Your cancer is getting worse, shown by rising PSA levels, new spots on scans, or new bone lesions.
  • You are on hormone therapy to keep your testosterone at very low levels, or you have had your testicles removed.
