Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old with advanced-stage (stage 3 or 4) epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer.
- You have not had any previous cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted therapy for ovarian cancer.
- You are willing to have testing for BRCA gene mutations or HRD (a type of genetic test).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
- Your general health must be fair to good (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2 depending on the group).
- Your blood cell counts, liver and kidney function must be within acceptable ranges.
