Who can take part
- You are 40 years or older.
- You have no teeth in your upper and lower jaw, and your current dentures are at least 3 months old but no more than 2 years.
- Your upper denture fits fine, but your lower denture is loose or unstable.
- You have enough bone in your lower front jaw for an implant, and you don't need a bone graft.
- You are willing to be randomly assigned to get one or two implants and to come for follow-up visits.
