Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with a narrowing of the ureter (the tube that carries urine from the kidney to the bladder), confirmed by imaging or a scope test
- You are willing to give stool, urine, and blood samples
- You have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, or antifungal medications in the last 4 weeks
- You do not have chronic digestive problems like IBD, IBS, or ongoing diarrhea
- You do not have cancer of the urinary tract or other cancers, and you have not had major abdominal or urinary surgery in the last 3 months (except for your planned stricture procedure)
