Who can take part
- You are a male between 18 and 80 years old.
- For the stricture group: You are scheduled for surgery to fix a suspected urethral stricture.
- For the control group: You are a healthy man with no urinary symptoms.
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form.
- You do not have other causes of blockage like an enlarged prostate (BPH) or any nerve problems affecting your bladder.
