Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have heart failure with a weak heart pump (ejection fraction of 40% or less) and recent symptoms like shortness of breath or swelling.
  • You have atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat) that was diagnosed in the past year.
  • You have a high NT-proBNP or BNP level (markers of heart strain) from a recent blood test.
  • You can use a smartphone and the internet, and do not have any reason that would prevent you from wearing a smartwatch.
