Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with acute heart failure that started suddenly (your heart's pumping ability is less than 40%).
  • You also have atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) that was found in the hospital or within the last year.
  • You are not currently using a pacemaker and do not plan to get one.
  • You can wear a smartwatch on your wrist and are comfortable using a smartphone or tablet with internet access.
