Who can take part

  • You are a healthcare staff member using the occupational health service for a psychological assessment.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a good level of English to complete the online program and questionnaires.
  • You have internet access on a suitable device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
  • You are not currently in another active psychological therapy (like CBT or one-on-one sessions).
  • You do not have an active addiction or a serious mental illness (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder).
  • Your CORE-10 emotional well-being score is below 25 (not severe distress).
