  • Work directly with patients (full-time or part-time)
  • You score 45 or higher on a stress-related questionnaire called the Stress of Conscience Questionnaire (SCQ)
  • You can read and understand Swedish
  • You have enough time to complete an online digital course
  • You agree to do the course in the way the study requires
  • You are not currently partly or fully on sick leave because of stress
