Who can take part
- You must be in good general health, with no major medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Your body mass index (BMI) should be between 19 and 26, and you need to weigh between 55 and 85 kg (about 121 to 187 lbs).
- You cannot have a history of two or more drug or food allergies, or conditions like asthma, hives, or eczema.
- You must test negative for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and syphilis.
- You and your partner must agree to use effective birth control from the start of the study until 3 months after the last dose, and you cannot donate sperm or plan a pregnancy during that time.
