  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You weigh at least 110 pounds (if male) or 100 pounds (if female), and your body mass index is between 18 and 28.
  • You are generally healthy or have minor health issues that the study doctor says are okay.
  • You agree to use highly effective birth control if you are able to get pregnant or if you have a partner who can get pregnant.
  • You do not have serious allergies, hepatitis B or C, HIV, or a history of alcohol or drug abuse.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not use nicotine products.
