Who can take part

  • You have chronic lower back pain that started or got worse after a spinal surgery (Persistent Spinal Pain Syndrome Type 2).
  • You are planning to try a spinal cord stimulator called Evoke soon.
  • You either take no strong painkillers or anti-seizure drugs, or you take only one type of strong opioid or one type of anti-seizure medication.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are willing to follow the study rules and come to follow-up visits.
