Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have persistent nerve pain that affects your low back and/or leg(s) for at least 6 months, and your pain is at least 4 out of 10.
  • You have had at least one spinal surgery that helped in a specific way, and you tried non-opioid/standard treatments without enough relief.
  • You are scheduled to start spinal cord stimulation (SCS).
  • You are currently taking opioid pain medicines.
