- You are a Veteran
- You have had a primary care visit at the Syracuse VA or a community clinic in the past year
- You identify as a woman or use women's primary care services
- You have unhealthy alcohol use (a score of 7 or more on a standard screening test)
- You are not currently in substance use treatment outside of primary care
- You do not have severe mental health issues (like psychosis or dementia) or need immediate detox
