This study looks at how to help people age healthily. It is for adults 40 and older who are connected to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. You will provide health information and may have some tests to track your well-being over time.

Who can take part
- You must be 40 years or older.
- You need a long-term connection to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (as a patient for over a year, or as an employee or health checkup participant).
- You must have lived in Taiwan for at least 180 days in the past year.
- You cannot have serious health conditions like heart failure, severe lung disease, liver cirrhosis, kidney dialysis, active cancer, severe autoimmune disease, or recent antibiotic use.
- You cannot have severe memory problems, depression, or a history of certain mental health conditions that affect daily life.
