EVAR study: heart and artery changes after aneurysm repair

This study looks at how the heart and large arteries change after endovascular repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm (a bulge in the main artery in your belly). It may help doctors understand if the repair improves heart function and vessel stiffness over time.

Quality of life after minimally invasive aortic repair

This study looks at how people’s quality of life changes after a planned minimally invasive procedure to repair the aorta using EVAR, FEVAR, or BEVAR. It may help doctors better understand what recovery and day-to-day wellbeing are like for patients after this kind of treatment.

Aortic repair study using less radiation

This study tests a new way to guide a complex aortic surgery (fenestrated endovascular repair) using less or no radiation. It may help people with aneurysms who need repair involving the arteries that supply the liver, gut and kidneys.

Study how the aorta changes after a valve procedure

This trial looks at how the ascending aorta (the main artery near the heart) changes over time after transcatheter aortic valve replacement. It may help doctors predict who is at risk of aorta enlargement after this less-invasive valve procedure.
