Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a specific gene change (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, RET, KRAS G12C, BRAF V600, or HER2 insertion).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one previous targeted therapy (TKI pill).
  • Your tumor's PD-L1 level is 50% or higher (a lab test confirms this).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and have good daily function (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have not had immunotherapy before (like PD-1 or CTLA-4 antibodies).
  • You do not have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases, serious heart conditions, or a bleeding disorder.
