Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a grade 2, 3, or 4 astrocytoma (a type of brain tumor) that has an IDH mutation and an ATRX mutation.
  • Your tumor has grown or come back after standard treatment with radiation and chemotherapy (such as temozolomide or PCV).
  • You must be able to take pills by mouth.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be good enough (tests will be done to check).
  • You have not had more than one prior treatment for your astrocytoma, and you have not received bevacizumab or drugs like tuvusertib before.
