Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with grade 3 astrocytoma with an IDH mutation (a specific gene change).
- Your tumor does not have a loss of both copies of the CDKN2A/B genes or a 1p/19q co-deletion.
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted therapy for your brain tumor.
- You are at least 12 years old and able to undergo an MRI.
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and are generally healthy enough for treatment.
