Who can take part

  • You are 12 to 39 years old.
  • You have a newly diagnosed high-grade glioma (HGG) with an IDH1 mutation (but not an IDH2 mutation).
  • You weigh at least 35 kg (77 lbs).
  • You have not had extensive prior treatment for this tumor (only surgery, radiation, and/or temozolomide with radiation are allowed).
  • You are able to swallow pills and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
