Who can take part

  • Your child is between 6 and 10 years old.
  • Your child is generally healthy, with no conditions that could affect teeth or gums.
  • Your child has two lower second baby molars (one on each side) that need a metal crown.
  • Your child does not have active gum disease or infections in those teeth.
  • Your child can cooperate with dental treatment and a gentle gum fluid collection.
  • You, as a parent, sign a consent form allowing your child to participate.
