Who can take part

  • A child or teen between 7 and 15 years old
  • Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes within the past month
  • Being treated at the New Children's Hospital or Jorvi Hospital in Helsinki
  • No other serious health conditions like Addison's disease, kidney failure, or untreated celiac or thyroid disease
  • No active skin problems where the insulin sensor would go
  • Not taking part in other drug or device studies
