Who can take part

  • Are a woman aged 18 or older.
  • Had breast cancer at stage I, II, or III.
  • Finished treatment with the goal of curing the cancer (hormonal treatment is okay). This must have been within the last 5 years.
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher.
  • Are healthy enough to do physical activity at home.
  • Have had at least one of these symptoms in the last month: pain, fatigue, sadness, or distress. The symptom must be at least 'moderate' on a scale of 0 to 10.
  • Can speak and read English and have no severe vision, hearing, thinking, or mental health issues that would make joining hard.
