  • You are a woman diagnosed with breast cancer
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher
  • You have completed primary cancer treatments like surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy
  • You are not currently taking medication to lose weight or participating in another weight loss program
  • You have a smartphone or internet access and can attend online meetings via Zoom
  • Your cancer doctor agrees to you joining a weight loss program
