Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have at least 20 teeth (not counting dentures or implants).
  • No dental deep cleaning or gum treatment in the last 6 months.
  • No antibiotics, steroids, or anti-inflammatory pain relievers in the last 3 weeks.
  • You cannot have autoimmune disease, osteoporosis, cancer, or active infections (like hepatitis, tuberculosis, AIDS).
