  • You are between 18 and 30 years old
  • You do not have any ongoing health issues (heart, lung, liver, kidney problems, cancer, or diabetes)
  • You do not take medications like statins, metformin, or GLP-1 agonists
  • You have no joint replacements or orthopedic problems
  • You do not currently smoke or use tobacco
